Opportunity at a glance:

  • Disney Mainline serves as the transfer hub and information line primarily for Disney   Guests or anyone within the Disney property needing Disney information or needs a call  transferred to another department for Disney information. Calls vary from requests to   housekeeping, to confirming hours of operation, to inquiries about packages, pets, etc.  

    Mainline also manages some calls for other parts of the Walt Disney Company including   corporate offices, and television stations.
  • Certification length:
    • Two weeks
  • Intervals available:
    • 7 days a week
    • 7:00am - 12:00pm EST
  • Interval requirement:
    • 15 hours a week
    • 5 hours over the weekend

Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Opportunity at a glance:

  • Providing information regarding the car rental center location in question;   Respond to inbound sales and customer service inquiries from client's customers;    assisting customers in reserving a vehicle, and must use sales tactics such as assuming the sale   and overcoming objections. 
  • This program uses the AVG (Arise Virtual Gateway) to connect  to client systems. Agents will need to dial into  the system, so a long-distance calling plan will be needed.
  • Certification length: Four weeks

  • Intervals available:

  • Interact with Lacerte business customers (large tax preparation and accounting firms) to provide premium service to these high   value customers.   Become a product expert with the Lacerte software by assisting customers with basic software walkthroughs,   and more. . .

    • Four weeks

    • Monday - Saturday  9:00am - 9:00pm EST
  • Interval requirement:
    • 15 hours a week
