    • 7 days a week 6:00am - 2:00am EST
  • Interval requirement:
    • 20 hours a week
    • 5 hours over the weekend.
    • May be  holiday requirements

  • Thoughtfully respond to inbound calls from customers having issues with their laundry, kitchen, or bath  appliances.
  • A secondary background check with drug screen will be required.
  • Certification length:
    • Five weeks
    • EARN WHILE YOU LEARN  the last two weeks. 
  • Intervals available:
    • Monday - Saturday 7:00am - 10:00pm EST
    • Sunday 8:00am - 10:00pm EST
  • Interval requirement:
    • 15 hours a week

  • Review, analyze and respond to customer billing inquiries;   offer home warranty solutions;  resolve customer issues;  process    payment deferrals;   Attempt to save customers who may be moving, unhappy with  the plan or current rate.  
  • Certification length:
    • Seven weeks
    • EARN WHILE YOU LEARN for the final week.
  • Intervals available:
    • 7 days a week
    • 10:00am - 10:00pm  EST
    • May change as needed
  • Interval requirement:
    • 15 hours per week
    • 5 hours on SAT/SUN

Earn up to $13 for top performance.

Extra tips:

  • Requires a lot of typing . Need to be able to notate final remarks in 60 seconds to take next call, so fast typing is helpful.
  • An agent CAN BE FINED $100if their direct actions cause a customer to have their power turned off in error.  Competence is important. This can become even more problematic if the customer complains to the Utility Commission.
