Opportunity at a glance:

  • Disney Mainline serves as the transfer hub and information line primarily for Disney   Guests or anyone within the Disney property needing Disney information or needs a call  transferred to another department for Disney information. Calls vary from requests to   housekeeping, to confirming hours of operation, to inquiries about packages, pets, etc.  

    Mainline also manages some calls for other parts of the Walt Disney Company including   corporate offices, and television stations.
  • Certification length:
    • Two weeks
  • Intervals available:
    • 7 days a week
    • 7:00am - 12:00pm EST
  • Interval requirement:
    • 15 hours a week
    • 5 hours over the weekend

  • Pay level 1: $7.50
  • Pay level 2: $7.75
  • Pay level 3: $8.00

Alternate pay rate: $.205 per minute for servicing during peak times. *

*You will earn the higher of the two rates.    (Mainline is BUSY, so it is more likely that you will earn the per/min rate.)

Opportunity at a glance:

  • Serve as human IVR by listening to calls from high-end customers and transfer them to the correct station.

  • Certification length:Two days
  • Intervals available:
    • 24/7/365
  • Interval requirement:
    • 15 hours a week
    • 5 hours over the weekend.
  • A drug screen will be required.
